Real Brands, Inc. Announces Execution of Letter of Intent to Acquire Controlling Interest of the HillBilly Brand, Inc. Trademarks Previously Licensed by Real Brands, Inc.

Real Brands, Inc. (OTC PINKRLBD) ("Real Brands") announced today that it has executed a Letter of Intent to acquire controlling interest of the HillBilly Brand, Inc. trademarks for nonalcoholic beverages, beer and malt beverages.
The Letter of Intent contains broad terms of a potential transaction through which RLBD would own controlling interest of two subsidiaries and HillBilly Brand, Inc. would own the balance of the same two subsidiaries. These two subsidiaries will focus on growing the operations and trademark value for HillBilly branded nonalcoholic beverages, beer and malt beverages.
